Ann Andrews completes the leadership team. A Texas Tech graduate and a 2025 MetroTex Association of Realtors “40 Under 40” honoree, she specializes in Oak Cliff, East Dallas, and Uptown. She is known for her steady focus on customer satisfaction.

Neville Crowell joins the leadership team with more than 11 years of real estate expertise, including nearly a decade in new home sales and personal portfolio management.
