Ethan was born and raised on the island of Maui and is a 3rd generation graduate of Lahainaluna High School. He shares his time between both Maui & O'ahu providing professional real estate services statewide. Ethan's career began at the age of 16 as a mentor for a successful local brokerage and has not stopped since. Ethan specializes in First Time Home Buyers, First Time Home Sellers, Portfolio sales & acquisitions, and property management. Ethan is also the owner of KCG Hawai'i. A local education and consulting company that assists those wanting to own a home by preparing them financially for homeownership and creating a long-term road map to leverage real estate and build generational wealth.

Leianna Webb, born and raised on Maui is a full-time REALTOR® with the Ohana Real Estate Team of Compass. She’s had her Hawaii Real Estate license since 2006 which began in residential real estate obtaining Top Listor recognition. Afterward, she went into timeshare sales where she spent most of her time with Starwood Vacation Ownership and earned accolades throughout the years. She left her career in 2013 to focus on her family and help build their vacation storage business on the Westside of Maui. Also during that time, she created a Network Marketing team of 800 families and received awards and incentive trips.
