Olena has been a resident of New York City for the past 21 years. She immediately fell in love with its unique incomparable rhythm, life options, and beautiful architecture with great details. The diverse neighborhoods reflecting the city’s great history and colorful cultures inspired her transition from a career in decorative art and into real estate.

With extensive personal experience in art and theater stage design, Olena is able to provide her clients with a wide range of services and input. From extensive staging to showcase a property at its fullest potential, to consultations with contractors, architects, and designers being competent to analyze a potential deal from all perspectives. Olena views her role in any transaction holistically; servicing a buyer and seller client needs while recognizing that each client is unique.
