About Olga
Born into a family of historians and educators, Olga was raised in Europe and moved to the US at the age of 17. Her early years were spent traveling throughout Europe or at her family’s lakeside summer home where she would immerse herself in the literary works of Russian, American and European authors by candle light.
 
Olga recognized her true passion for real estate, architecture, homes, and lifestyles when she and her husband (artist and filmmaker Sam Crawford) began buying, restoring, and selling historic homes around the country. For the past eight years, Olga has been listing and selling homes in Malibu, Topanga, Pacific Palisades and surrounding areas, helping hundreds of her clients find their place in the world.
 
After years in real estate as a single agent, Olga started NUHAUS, an LA based real estate team at Compass, a collective of agents, stylists and marketing experts with years of experience in the field. NUHAUS provides a client focused, stress free and seamless approach whether buying or selling, while bringing you the highest returns.
 
An avid skier, paddle boarder, yogi and hiker, Olga lives in Topanga Canyon on a 23-acre hobby farm in a Rustic Modern retreat she designed and renovated with her husband. In her spare time, she tends to her large organic garden, her flock of free-ranging chickens, and three hives of honey bees.
 
Olga is also a mother of three boys, is heavily involved in the community, and understands on a deep, personal level the needs of families, large and small. Olga's love of people, caring nature, and true belief that there is a home for everyone, combine in her commitment to helping her clients find their own slice of paradise in Southern California.
