About Oliver
Oliver has quickly become a leader in the South Florida market in luxury residential real estate sales, off-campus student housing development and his investment arm OMB capital acquisition group.
He doesn't believes in traditional real estate marketing and focuses on niche markets. He mainly deals with high net-worth clients, builders, developers and investors. He was instrumental in the development of a large off-campus housing portfolio at the University of Miami that consisted of over 200+ units, 15 properties and serves over 300 students per year. Through his investment arm, Oliver invests in student housing, workforce housing and new development throughout South Florida.
Oliver maintains memberships to multiple boards, chambers and is an active member of the Saint Andrew's School alumni. Oliver enjoys spending time with family, his dog layla and friends. When he isn't working, he is golfing, fishing or eating italian food.
