Olivia Lavin brings nearly a decade of experience in residential leasing, sales, marketing, and client relations to her role as a Real Estate Advisor with Compass in Palm Beach. For Olivia, real estate has been part of her life long before it became her career. One of ten children, she grew up in Kentucky in a family immersed in real estate development, where conversations about properties, development, and the industry were a natural part of everyday life.

After earning her degree in Marketing from the University of Louisville, Olivia moved to Washington, D.C., where she spent six years building her career. Working in residential leasing, sales, and property operations, she gained hands-on experience guiding clients through property tours and leasing decisions, marketing residential communities, and building lasting client relationships. Her background in marketing, photography, and content creation also gives her a creative eye for how a property is presented and positioned.

Now based in West Palm Beach, Olivia has gained valuable exposure to the Palm Beach design and home community through her interactions with homeowners, interior designers, trade professionals, and local businesses. Her experience has deepened her appreciation for the area’s distinctive homes, interiors, and lifestyle while complementing the personalized, detail-oriented approach she brings to her clients.
