Olivia Perez is a big city girl thriving in the small town feel of Ocala! She moved to central Florida from the Miami area in 2015, where she worked for a well known home builder in the area. She worked her way up from Lifestyle Director to top producing onsite Real Estate Agent in her first year. Her vast knowledge of the new home builders market gives her an edge unlike any other. She knows the questions to ask, the whys and why nots, that many may not even think to ask. She became known in the industry as the “New Construction Guru. She loves taking her buyers step by step in the home buying process and always places her clients interests over anything!
