Olivia Shumate

Olivia, a third generation Nashvillian, has witnessed first-hand the outstanding growth of Nashville. With lived experience in the neighborhoods of Oak Hill, Green Hills, Brentwood, Joelton, and Woodbine, she has most recently settled in East Nashville. After earning a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, she returned to her roots in Nashville to embark on a few design and management roles in the music industry before transitioning into the realm of real estate.

In 2021, Olivia joined the Heard Newman Team, initially as a Marketing Coordinator, however, that role quickly grew into Marketing Director and Luxury Listing Coordinator. Following a year of working experience on the team, Olivia became a licensed team agent, allowing her to directly impact and elevate the real estate experience for clients. With her creative background and eye for design, she works closely with the team's developers, builders, and homeowners to ensure every listing is presented and marketed at its highest potential. Over the past three years, the Heard Newman Team has sold $300M+ and ranked the #5 small team in the state of Tennessee.
