She was knowledgeable and transparent about the pros and cons of each area and ultimately helped us find what I can only describe as our dream home. She was very patient with us throughout the entire process and ensured a smooth closing despite some last minute hiccups that came up with the lenders and lawyers. She also stayed in touch with us post closing to make sure we were enjoying the home, set us up with a ton of vendors for home maintenance items from plumbers to electricians and AV help and more. "Olivia was great to work with. I'm not from Chicago and had never been, so it was tough to navigate the Chicago rental scene without her. She was incredibly helpful and responsive the entire process and willing to go out of her way to help me find an apartment. She offered to virtually walk me through apartments, was in constant contact with the units I was interested in, and was very well organized. As a young person with no idea what the area was like, she was able to point me in the right direction of neighborhoods, and listings within those neighborhoods, that she thought would best suit me and my desires.
