With a career spanning since 2005, Kelly’s team consistently ranks among the top 1.5% nationwide. She excels in creative marketing, sharp negotiation, and working with high-profile clients. Kelly is active in the Compass Sports and Entertainment Division and REALM Global, and her video podcast, “Kelly Minds Her Manors,” launched in February 2023. Kelly is renowned for her philanthropic efforts and her passion for helping others.

Samantha Della Noce (Weinstein), COO of One Global Advisory, is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and REBNY Certified Buyer Representative®. Samantha has represented over 400 NYC clients and holds the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation. She founded the Compass Young Professionals NYC Chapter and is dedicated to making the apartment search process stress-free. Samantha is known for her positive energy and client dedication.

Jordana Kosow combines her real estate lineage, psychology degree from NYU, and interior design experience to offer a holistic approach to real estate. Known for her empathy and humor, Jordana builds long-lasting relationships with her clients. Her sharp intuition and desire to connect with others make her a cherished advisor. Jordana serves as the Premiere Client Relations Director.
