Orysia’s passion for helping others led her to pursue a career in real estate. Combining her background with her one-of-a-kind approach to the business, Orysia has established herself as one of DC’s leading real estate resources.

Known for her outside-the-box approach, Orysia has a track record of producing truly uncommon results for her clients. She understands that buying or selling a home is an extremely personal decision, and enjoys helping people through their journey. She prides herself on putting her clients first - making sure they feel confident and comfortable with every decision throughout the process. Originally from Boston, Orysia was raised in a Ukrainian community and instilled with a strong work ethic from a young age. After earning her bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University, she worked with the Boston Housing Authority. In 1995, she moved to Washington DC for a role with the Housing Research Foundation before serving as Executive Director for the YWCA National Capital Area, spearheading a program that taught indigent women the construction trade. These roles provided Orysia with valuable insight into handling real estate and housing issues, while confirming her passion to have a positive impact on people’s lives. Her personal experience with homeownership and renovation also provided Orysia with a strong grasp of construction principles.

In her personal life, Orysia loves seeking out the different, the unusual, and the unique - from food and art to clothes and music. She’s a true individual who would rather carve her own path in life than follow the straight and narrow. It’s a pattern that carries into her professional life as well, making a powerful impact throughout DC.
