Osama Fateh

Finding a home is about the journey, not the destination. Based in Chicago, Osama Fateh first started as a licensed real estate salesperson as a part of Conlon/Christie’s International Real Estate. His understanding of the market trends and future forecasts is something that sets him apart from others. In a very short period, he has established himself as a top agent under the guidance and leadership of seasoned brokers in the industry. His passion, tenacity, and optimism towards his clients is what he believes to be the secret ingredient to his success. “I look in each client’s personal lifestyle and cater to their specific needs” he always tells people.

A Chicago native, Osama grew up in Lincoln Park and fell in love with the architectural attributes the neighborhood had to provide at an early age. During his experience as a broker, he saw that the consumer experience on the buy/rent side can be made much better. That’s when he founded Urban L&L an online platform that takes in all the information from the consumers, educate them about the market, and send them listings within hours that matches their specific criteria. “Technology is moving faster than ever. Everyone is doing the same thing in this industry and I want to do it differently. I want it to be the future of finding homes, without the hassle of searching.” Osama has a bachelor's degree in Finance, with a minor in Management Information System from DePaul University. His goal is to make the process simple again in an industry that rarely changes.

In Osama's spare time, he enjoys boxing and football. “There is something about contact sports that intrigues me. The margin of error is so small that with one mistake, it’s all over!”
