Born in Denmark and raised in the vibrant coastal community of Bird Rock, La Jolla, I developed a deep appreciation for nature, community, and active living from an early age. I attended Bird Rock Elementary and later The Bishop’s School for middle and high school, before continuing my education at Brown University.
Today, I’m proud to serve as the Head Coach of the Youth Team at Vertical Hold, where I combine my love of rock climbing with a passion for mentoring young athletes. Coaching gives me the opportunity to help kids build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of community—values that have shaped my own journey.
In addition to coaching, I’m deeply passionate about real estate. It’s a path that allows me to stay actively involved in the community I love while helping individuals and families find a place to call home. Whether it's a first house, a dream home, or a meaningful transition, I’m driven by the opportunity to make the process supportive, personal, and rewarding.
Whether on the climbing wall or walking a client through their next big move, my goal is the same: to connect, support, and help others feel grounded in the places they live and grow.
