Owen was born and raised in Los Angeles,  which has given him vast knowledge of the areas that encompass this sprawling city.  From the beach communities, to the West side, Beverly Hills,  Los Feliz,  downtown, East Los Angeles and the various cities that comprise the huge San Fernando valley, he has built a prolific Real Estate career.  After graduating college, he began what he thought to be his life’s work within the banking industry.  Beginning in loan servicing, he quickly matriculated to management.  His leadership skills were rewarded and soon he was able to purchase his first home.  During this process something clicked that he was not expecting.  His banking foundation gave him preciseness, timeliness, and a consistency on top of his innate organizational skills.  When he experienced parts of his personal transaction that should have been seamless, and were not,  he had the calling to become part of an industry where his talents would be more fully used.  Real Estate became his true calling, as he knew in a heartbeat what he had to offer.  After becoming licensed, he once again rose to management.  He wears various coats within Real Estate.  From being a mentor of beginning realtors,  to working on various boards and committees where his logic,  ethicalness and critical thinking is valued, he has made positive differences in the field he embraces.  His love of, and paying back to the Real Estate world continues to grow since he switched gears, over 2 decades ago.
