Susan Owens and David Jablonski, the Owens Jablonski Team principals, are a 4 generation real estate family that began helping clients accomplish their real estate goals dating back to the 1950s. In those days, Great Grandfather Albert Jablonski helped entrepreneurs buy smokestack factories and families find the home of their dreams for less than $20,000. Today Susan and David, an aunt and nephew team, continue the family tradition.

Although the real estate industry has changed drastically over the decades, their family values and the way they serve their clients, handed down from Albert, have stood the test of time. These values include a strong work ethic, integrity, dedication, in-depth market knowledge, involvement in the community, and most importantly, the Golden Rule; they simply treat others the way they wish to be treated. This ideology is ingrained in their family. They don't rush to sell someone a house; they take the time to find them a home.

Kathy Scott, who shares the same values, integrity, and strong work ethic, joined the team in 2022. Kathy serves clients in the Chicagoland and Greater Naples markets. Marissa Savic and Jacklin Feulner are Greater Naples real estate advisor specialists who joined the team in 2023 and 2024. Dan George and Juan Martin Ceballos Rago also joined the team and specialize in the Fort Myers/Fort Myers Beach, Cape Coral, and Estero markets. Juan speaks fluent English and Spanish to help serve the teams Spanish speaking clientele.
