Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Tampa since 1986, Pablo offers clients a deep, long-term perspective on the Tampa Bay market and its evolution. His understanding of the region is rooted not only in professional experience, but in decades of lived connection to the communities he serves.

Before entering real estate, Pablo built his career in marketing and advertising, developing expertise in brand positioning, storytelling, and effective communication - skills he now applies to how properties are presented, positioned and negotiated in the market.

His path later expanded into real estate investing, where he focused on residential renovations, new construction and land development. That hands-on experience provides clients with a broader perspective on value, potential and long-term opportunity.

Today, as a Compass real estate advisor, Pablo combines a boutique, client-first approach with industry-leading technology and resources. He is committed to providing responsive communication, thoughtful guidance and a seamless experience from consultation through closing.

Outside of real estate, Pablo enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, cooking, traveling, relaxing at the beach and staying active to keep himself in shape for his next obstacle course race. He and his family also enjoy life with their mini cockapoo, Mila.
