Having personally bought and sold many of her own properties, Paddington has completed numerous design build projects with her architect partner. Originally a New Englander, Paddington is the mother of three bright, vivacious daughters, 2 in graduate school, here and abroad, her youngest finishing up at Cornell , all 3 started at TriBeCa's PS234, then Lemann Prep, Laguardia and Manlius-Pebble Hill . Paddington grew up in the Boston area to academic parents, so finding a school that is the right fit means alot to her and she can be a resource for this as well.
