“It's not heard of that a house can be sold in so little time. But with Paddy, that's what we experienced. Not only he did everything he could as our realtor, he also went above and beyond to help us to make our house extremely presentable for the open house. For example, one afternoon he used his pickup truck to buy wood chips then delivered it to my house, after that he helped with what my gardener didn't even want to do under the scorching sun, laying the wood chips down all the tough spots where weren't previously covered. My family got to know Paddy 5 years ago when he helped us to buy our wonderful homestead in Moraga, and after that he didn't just drift away.
