About Paige
Paige loves working at Realty Austin! She views her role as a Realtor as more of a service provider and Realty Austin provides the right environment for that attitude. She helps her clients find or sell properties that they love and uses her skills and experience to negotiate the best deal possible. Buying and Selling is a huge decision for everyone. Whether she is representing a buyer or seller, it is important to know that her clients walk away having found exactly what they need so they can feel good about their experience.
Paige Howell Dahiyat graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Marketing and Real Estate in 2005. While in school she also worked in apartment leasing/management and interned in commercial real estate. Since graduating, Paige has worked as a full time licensed Realtor in the Austin area.
Paige spent her first 6 years in Austin working on a high volume real estate team. During that time she worked extensively with Austin luxury properties and Central Texas farm and ranch properties and was responsible for approximately $150M worth of real estate closings. On her own, Paige has focused primarily on residential properties but prides herself in her ability to work multiple facets of the market. Her experience has afforded her the opportunity to learn how to handle most things that might arise during a contract period. She can effectively communicate with clients to determine their needs and use her knowledge of the Austin area and local real estate market in order to help them turn their dream property into a reality.
On a personal note, Paige loves being outdoors, cooking, spending time with her family, and playing with her dog. Due to influences from her childhood, she has a love for antiques and projects. In her spare time she can often be found enjoying Austin at its finest – on the patios of different local establishments enjoying the music, cuisine and weather Austin has to offer.
