Paisley Grey

Paisley Grey is a third-generation Southern California native and has called Los Angeles home for over twenty years. She has combined her time studying Fine Art and Communication at Loyola Marymount University, her illustrious career in the fashion industry, and her experience as a REALTOR® since 2018 to become an agent who works tirelessly for her clients and brings a sharp aesthetic eye to every transaction.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Paisley spent a decade in the fashion industry, working with world-class commercial and luxury brands in over a dozen countries across four continents. While working at the top of the industry, she honed her ability to anticipate the needs of clients, perfected the craft of using storytelling as marketing, and thrived in a highly competitive environment. She now brings these skills to every listing, client relationship, and negotiation she encounters.

Since joining Compass in 2018, Paisley has produced over $30 million in sales, getting top dollar for her sellers and negotiating below asking for her buyers. Integrity, creativity, and grit guide everything she does, and every client's goals become her own.

When she's off-duty, you can find Paisley at the beach with her golden retriever, in her makeshift basement art studio, or on the hunt for L.A.'s best coffee with her husband.
