Pam Grant is a highly experienced real estate professional and licensed broker with a proven track record in property transactions across California and Washington State. A native of Santa Barbara, Pam relocated to Seattle in 1979, where she began her real estate career in 2000.
Pam’s career journey took her from Washington to California in 2001, where she joined Prudential CA Realty, which later merged with Central Coast Realty Group in Santa Barbara's North County and eventually became Compass in 2019. In 2022, Pam returned to the Pacific Northwest to be closer to family and friends, reacquiring her license.
