MEET PAM - REALTOR®

She began her real estate career in 1984 at Glenn Realty, an independent, two-person office in Whittier, California. At the time, she and her husband Terry were looking for some investment properties, so she decided to get her Real Estate license. Her goals were to learn more about the housing market, find some good properties to buy, and explore a new career path.

What started as a part-time venture soon turned into a full-time passion for helping others live out their goals of home ownership. In 1992, Pam moved down the boulevard to Coldwell Banker Ambassador. For over a decade, she was the office’s top producer and consistently ranked in the top 2% in sales for Coldwell Banker nationwide. In these 38 years, Pam has established a reputation of knowledge, honesty, and integrity among her clients and fellow colleagues.

Pam Kennedy is a southern California native. She was born and raised in Pomona, CA, and moved to the Whittier/La Habra area in 1976. Giving back to the community has always been one of Pam’s innate passions. In addition to years of PTA and scout leadership, she has served on the boards of the Intercommunity Child Guidance Center (now The Whole Child) and the Alliance for the Mentally Ill of Orange County. She also volunteers for La Habra Meals on Wheels.
