In 1995, Pam Klos began her real estate career when she became the
co-owner and developer of one of the largest resorts on the island of
Ambergris Caye, Belize. Her aptitude for finding potential in the impossible
led her to dredge the sparsely inhabited north side of the island and create
beautiful sand lots. On a napkin, she drew what she felt would be a perfect
resort layout, bringing to life the accomplishment of pre-selling over 108
condos and 52 waterfront villas before development. After completion, Pam
decided to go a step further by continuing with ongoing sales, client resales,
property management, restaurant/bar construction and management,
boutique construction and property management, making her vision a
reality. In 2014, Pam returned to the United States where she has
continued her real estate career.

As a leading real estate professional in Middle and West Tennessee, Pam
