Pam Pokorny

Pam Pokorny has called Darien, CT, home since 2003. Originally from New Jersey, Pam ventured to Bucknell University, where she earned a Marketing degree. Her career began in advertising, but the arrival of her first child in 2001 prompted a shift. In 2006, she entered the real estate world while juggling family life, and as her kids grew, so did her real estate career.
