Pam has been a Rye and Harrison resident for the last 30 years, raising her large and growing family to take advantage of all that the Sound Shore has to offer. The Virtues have deep Rye roots, going back nearly 100 years. Their family even built one of the first homes in what is now known as Indian Village. Pam has not only a keen eye for architectural design, but the expert ability to assess a home's value and potential within the market. Pam has a precise memory, especially when it comes to architectural details. She can visualize layouts and remember features of a home for many years after a single visit. This special skill stems from her extensive experience in new construction. Pam has personally bought, renovated, and sold nine homes, 2 in NYC and 7 on the Sound Shore, as well as a number of investment properties. Her clients always say she is a whiz at solving puzzles. Over the years, she has consistently risen to surpass many of the challenges that arise in the home buying and building process.
