Hi. It’s nice to meet you. My name is Pam. Having grown up in Charlottesville I know what a unique and amazing place I call home and enjoy every day with my husband Jim, daughter Virginia, and several 4-legged furbabies. I not only know the community, I love to share my knowledge. When you’re looking for a home in a specific price range or specific set of amenities, I know where to focus your search! I am a firm believer in giving back and particularly passionate about women/girls fitness and animal rescue. Often you will see me working with the Track Club Women’s Four Miler Training Program. Wearing a tiara and tutu is not for everyone, but when I get to work with over 1,500 women & girls each summer to get them moving and raise funds and awareness for the UVA Breast Care Center – it IS the only outfit to have! Also, I donate a portion of each commission to local animal groups on behalf of my clients. Currently, I donate to Virginia Service Dogs and Ring Dog Rescue and Green Dogs Unleashed.

I love “Cville”, walking around the quaint shops downtown, tasting the freshness of a peach or apple fresh off a tree in Crozet, taking in a local or national performer in one of the many local venues, wine tasting or taking in a sporting event at Mr. Jefferson’s University. I adore the fact we are only short drive to our nation’s capital or the ocean, yet our surrounding mountains allow for fairly tempered weather and amazing outdoor living and beautiful seasons! The variety of people who make up this much sought after place to live includes everything from college students and academia, to military personal and celebrities, everyone wants to love where they live and they choose Charlottesville! Often ranked in the top tier of “Best Of Places!”
