Pam Xitco

Pam was born in Oklahoma and raised on a horse farm. In 2000, she moved from Dallas, Texas to San Diego.

Before obtaining her real estate license, Pam worked in the jewelry industry selling and designing. She also worked as a Regional Marketing Manager for a large restaurant chain, overseeing the marketing for 20-plus restaurants. In addition, Pam served on the board of Hope for a Cure for multiple years and raised money for equipment for various cancer centers around San Diego.

Pam’s mission is to assist as many people as possible in their real estate endeavors while exceeding their individual expectations of the real estate process. She takes a personal approach with each client and provides service beyond expectation. The highest level of integrity and professionalism have been the basis for Pam’s career. Her warm and friendly personality is a pleasure to be around and truly makes the process enjoyable. When not working, Pam enjoys watching football and going to the horse races with her husband.
