About Pamela
"I love Houses. I love people. I want to be your realtor."

After a 20-plus year career in sales, marketing and merchandising, Pam answered the calling to combine her unique skill set with her passion for serving others.

Negotiations are a big part of the real estate process, and it’s an area in which Pam excels. She knows how to negotiate in a non-adversarial fashion, to keep things on track and to avoid unnecessary hassles and hurdles. Her main goal is to help you achieve your goals.

Clients appreciate her integrity, reliability, and responsiveness. She takes time to listen, ensuring that she understands not only your goals, but also your dreams. Pam then boldly represents her clients' goals. She works hard to ensure that a client's experience is as fun and stress free as possible.

In her free time, Pam enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering in the community, and exploring all that the Hill Country has to offer.

Compass Programs to Help Build Your Wealth

Compass Concierge

When using us as your listing brokers, Compass will front you 100% of the costs associated with preparing your home for sale, including anything you need inside and/or outside. The goal behind this is that you will sell faster, and for much more than you invested. ABSOLUTELY NO INTEREST OR FEES! You simply pay it off at closing.

How it Works
  • We work together to decide which services can increase your home’s value the most and set an estimated budget for the work.

  • When you're ready to start, we will be by your side as you engage vendors and commission work.

  • Once the transformation is complete, your home will go on the market.

  • You'll pay for the services when one of the following happens: your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Compass, or 12 months pass from your Concierge start date. Ask me for more details.

Compass Bridge Loan Program

A bridge loan is a short-term loan that uses the equity from your current home to help you make an offer on a new one, without rushing to sell. A simple solution to bridge the gap between the home you have and the home you want. It is the exclusive option to get up to six months of your loan payments on fronted when you sell your home with us. Get special access to competitive bridge loan rates and industry leading lenders.

Compass Culture
Compass places high value on giving back, in both volunteer time and financial donations to local organizations and charities. If you have one in mind, please let Hal & Jeff know!

"With Compass Cares, our people will give their time and donations locally in ways that are personally meaningful to them — because no one knows a community better than the agents and employees who serve it."
