About Pam
Pam Wise came to the real estate world in 2006 and has worked exclusively with Chris Rhinesmith. Pam brings years of advertising expertise to her role at Pine Acres Realty, enabling her to strike a balance between marketing and sales. As VP Media Director at Carat Boston, she was responsible for bringing early adopters like The Wall Street Journal and DowJones into the digital age years before most companies had a digital strategy and for helping WSJ become the top digital publication. She taps into this marketing and technology experience to uniquely position Pine Acres’ properties, working closely with Chris and Jessica LaRocco to meet the needs of their clients. A Massachusetts native and Tufts University graduate, Pam is a licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts and member of the Cape and Islands Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is passionate about design and has helmed several renovation projects, from a complete cottage makeover in Chatham to the design of a 13-unit luxury condominium project in Provincetown. Pam’s extensive knowledge of the Cape and passion for all areas of the real estate process provide a unique business acumen to the Rhinesmith Team.
