Meet Paola
Paola grew up in Dallas, and she's been in real estate since 2013, when she started out in property management. Those years taught her how buildings actually run, what tenants and owners really care about, and how the numbers behind a property work. Most importantly, they taught her how to take care of people.
From there, she co-founded a national renovation company and spent years managing multifamily, residential, and commercial projects across the country, from gutted units to full-scale rehabs. She's walked enough job sites to know what a repair really costs, which updates add value and which ones don't, and how to spot problems before they turn into expensive surprises. That's a big advantage when she's helping someone buy or sell.
She's also an investor herself. Buying property in Dallas with her own money taught her lessons you can't get from a spreadsheet, and she brings that perspective to every client who's thinking about a home as an investment.
Today Paola is part of the TribecaGroup at Compass, a team with more than 100 transactions and over $40M in sales. When she's not working, you'll find her with her daughter, family, and friends, getting in a workout, or planning her next trip somewhere new.
