Paolo Coniglio comes from a legacy of real estate excellence. For three generations, the Coniglio family has played a significant role in the European real estate investment world, and Paolo continues that tradition with distinction.

Originally from Savona, Italy, Paolo was educated at Liceo Pareto Lausanne in Switzerland and went on to earn a Master’s degree in Economics from Institut Le Rosey. His international background and education have built a global network that enriches his understanding of real estate investments across the U.S. and internationally.

With personal real estate holdings in Miami, Italy, Spain, and Monaco, Paolo’s exposure to the industry began early and evolved into a lifelong professional pursuit. After moving to Florida in 2003, he earned his Realtors® license and quickly rose to become a top producer. He was recognized in the Presidential Circle from 2017 to 2020, placing him among the top 12% of real estate professionals nationwide.

As Director of Luxury Real Estate, Paolo specializes in high-end condos, single-family homes, and investment properties in Miami Beach, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Coconut Grove, and Coral Gables. With over two decades of experience living in South Beach, he offers unmatched expertise in that market. Paolo is known for guiding clients through every step of the real estate process with precision, care, and a level of service that is consistent regardless of price point.

Paolo is also a certified FIRPTA specialist, assisting international clients with the complexities of Section 1445 of the Internal Revenue Code. He helps foreign buyers and sellers navigate real estate and closing terminology, coordinate with agents and lenders, and ensure compliance with FIRPTA requirements.
