"Iām based in the Bay Area and In 2022, I was looking to buy my first home. Needless to say, it was an extremely overwhelming feeling. Couple that with the fact that I was uneducated on the buying process and on a time crunch as interest rates were starting to hike up. The stress level was a definite 10/10. I met Pao through an old friend and Iāll be honest, I was initially a bit skeptical. I originally wanted someone with 20+ years of experience for obvious reasons but Pao completely proved me wrong. He was meticulous, organized and very knowledgable. There was constant communication- video calls, texts, emails, in-person meetings. I canāt express how important this is especially for a first time buyer. It was just smooth from day 1 all the way to closing. I had a very specific idea of what I was looking for and at my price range, the options were limited. We eventually found a newly constructed property in San Mateo, CA after about 15-20 open house viewings (Yes, I was that particular). Unfortunately, list price was way over my budget but it had everything I was looking for. I was dead set on this property and Pao could sense it but I was not paying a dollar over what I set aside for this. It wasnāt looking good but after a few weeks of negotiations, Pao came through and ended up locking in a price BELOW MY BUDGET!! Incredible. Realtors are normally all about the commission but Pao cares about what you want and what you need. What else could you ask for? Back here at home for over 20 years, he studied Entrepreneurship at Foothill College in Los Altos. His parents have long been involved in real estate, property management, and interior design, and so real estate has been a part of his life for as long as he can remember.
