Paras is extremely knowledgeable and was an amazing realtor. As a first time home buyer, it was overwhelming to go through the house-hunting process, but Paras was extremely patient and made the whole experience so smooth.

One thing that distinguishes Paras from other realtors is that he not only showed us various condos in D.C. but also introduced us to the various neighborhoods. He showed us the beauty of the city, by pointing out his favorite restaurants, bars, and parks. It helped us envision a life in the area, and made deciding where to live so much easier.

Paras is also really responsive and always made time to schedule a tour or answer our questions. He is incredibly personable and friendly, and we looked forward to touring homes with him each weekend.

I highly recommend Paras!! Thank you so much for all your help, and I look forward to working with you again in the future.

I went to Paras to help me find an investment property with good returns. Within a day I was virtually touring a rowhouse in Eckington. The next day we were able to get the house below the asking price. Paras also connected me with a contractor to do some quick renovations to get the house ready for maximum rental potential. He watched over the entire renovation and simultaneously marketed the property to prospective tenants. The next month I had a renter moving in and paying above market rent. On top of that I already had 20% equity on the property (hopefully it stays that way!). It's been a year since, and I've only visited the property 1 time since the beginning. Truly a full service agent that can be relied on!

I've known Paras for a very long time and he helped me with buying a home in the Trinidad neighborhood in DC. Paras is someone who is passionate about helping his clients succeed in the local housing market. While going through the buying process, Paras went above and beyond and met with utility representatives and service technicians to ensure a smooth buying process without delays, in some cases this meant driving over to the house late at night or first thing in the morning. I highly recommend him

Paras speaks and acts with knowledge and passion when it comes to sharing information about the DMV and its beautiful houses, rich heritage and dynamic neighborhoods. Paras has dual degrees in Electrical Engineering and International Relations from Virginia Tech. He has had prolific careers in the private sector ranging from a project engineer to leading operations, quality, and management at an aerospace component manufacturing company and Amazon. Most recently he worked at the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a Patent Examiner in touch screen, augmented reality, input devices, display drivers, and gesture technologies.

When he is not doing real estate, Paras still finds himself happily talking, reading, and exploring real estate. He loves spending time with his wife and his two daughters, and in his spare time is found playing soccer, riding his road bike, cooking, traveling, and building new relationships.
