About Parker
Parker, a native of Greenville, NC, and a graduate of East Carolina University, has lived in Raleigh, NC for the past 20 years. He has over 20 years of experience in outside sales, most recently serving as the North American Regional Sales Manager for a Caribbean hotel chain for the past 14 ½ years.

Parker has always been interested in real estate and the fast-paced Triangle market. He earned his NC Real Estate Broker- in-charge designation 20 years ago, and his General Certified real estate Appraisal license (commercial and residential real estate) 17 years ago. He also has a passion for home renovation, restoration, design, and staging, and most recently assisted his design/ build contractor in the restoration of his home in Historic Oakwood downtown Raleigh.

Parker believes that the real estate experience, whether buying, selling, or building, should be a pleasant and enjoyable one. His passion, compassion, and eye for detail will ensure a positive and successful experience for his clients.

Parker is excited to join The Coley Group because of Gretchen’s vast real estate experience and knowledge, her extensive use of cutting-edge technology and video, her positive, friendly persona, and her desire to grow her business while nurturing the members of her team to do the same.
