Parker Mount

Parker Mount has spent his career leading the development of large-scale commercial real estate projects and expansion initiatives for some of the nation's best-known hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, and retail brands. A graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Parker has directed acquisitions, site selection, development, and growth strategies for nationally recognized companies including Walgreens, CVS, Boston Market, Rally's Hamburgers, Jillian's Entertainment, Hampton Inn, Homewood Suites, Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, and Slim Chickens. 

 Throughout his career, Parker has overseen multimillion-dollar commercial developments, managed multi-state expansion programs, and guided projects from acquisition through construction and opening. As Vice President of Development for Jillian's Entertainment, he led the company's national development program, overseeing multiple venue openings annually with average project budgets exceeding $12 million while directing brokerage, design, construction, licensing, and operations for destination entertainment venues spanning up to 65,000 square feet. 

As a principal and member of the executive leadership team at Milestone Hospitality, Parker managed all aspects of real estate development, acquisitions, construction, renovations, and capital improvements, including development of the first dual-branded Hampton Inn & Homewood Suites in the United States. He later co-founded R-Solution Holdings, LLC, securing 50-unit development agreements for Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers and Slim Chickens across Florida, Illinois, and Missouri. 

Beyond commercial real estate, Parker brings a lifelong understanding of land ownership and stewardship. Raised on a working ranch, he grew up raising cattle, managing timber, and enjoying recreational land for hunting, fishing, and four-wheeling. That firsthand experience gives him unique insight into the value and potential of agricultural, recreational, investment, and large-acreage properties. 

Today, Parker advises commercial real estate investors, developers, franchisees, and buyers and sellers of ranch, recreational, and investment land. He also represents buyers and sellers of luxury residential properties throughout 30A, Destin, and Panama City Beach, offering strategic guidance backed by decades of development, investment, and market expertise. His unique combination of executive development experience, business acumen, and firsthand land knowledge enables him to help clients identify opportunities, maximize value, and make confident real estate decisions. 

Parker and his wife, Laura, reside in Seacrest along Scenic Highway 30A, where they enjoy the coastal lifestyle, college football, and spending time with their two daughters and grandchildren.
