About Parker

Parker is a native Newporter, born and raised and a current resident. Growing up in Newport has given Parker extra insight to all the features that makes Aquidneck Island so special. His local knowledge of Newport and the surrounding area will enable him to carefully guide his clients on the nuances of the various communities and neighborhoods so that they will be able to make the right choice for their new home or business.


Parker was in the mortgage lending business prior to getting his real estate license so he has great knowledge with the mortgage process. Whether itā€™s a primary or investment purchase, Parker is able to understand the numbers that will work best for his clients. Woking with his father (Bill) who has been a top agent for 38 years has given him a true mentorship that has helped him become very confident with any real estate transaction. 


When not showing property Parker enjoys taking his mini golden doodle for walks with his wife or spending time at their favorite beach Gooseberry.
