About Parth
Thank you for taking the time to visit Parth's page. As a Real Estate Salesperson, Parth believes that buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions a person can make. His approach is built on transparency, integrity, honesty, and respect. He understands that every client's situation is unique, and he believes the best decisions are made when all the facts are clearly understood and the dots are thoughtfully connected. Rather than rushing the process, Parth takes a step-by-step approach to help clients confidently reach their real estate goals. Parth brings a strong analytical background to real estate, having designed and analyzed systems for organizations such as NYC 311, the New York City School Construction Authority, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Verizon, and T-Mobile. Working on projects that served millions of people strengthened his ability to solve problems, understand clients' needs, and make informed decisions—skills he now uses to help buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with confidence and clarity.

Having lived in New York City since 2014 and later moving to Long Island in 2020, Parth has developed a deep appreciation for the communities, neighborhoods, and opportunities that New York offers. Outside of work, he enjoys driving, traveling, exploring different cuisines, and cruising, with Royal Caribbean being his favorite cruise line. One of his most memorable adventures was driving from Seattle to New York, an experience that reflected his curiosity and love of exploring new places. Parth believes that happiness comes from within and strives to bring a positive, professional, and service-oriented mindset to every client relationship. If you have any questions or would like a consultation, please do not hesitate to reach out. He would be happy to help.
