Pat Carapiet has been selling real estate in San Francisco and Marin since 1986. Like her personality, Pat's approach to real estate is honest and straightforward. An alumna of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Pat began her career at Pacific Bell and Delta Air Lines, where she learned sales and customer-service skills. A Midwestern native now living in Marin, she remains deeply committed to family and community. She has two grown children.
Pat stays actively involved in her community; she is a current Belvedere City Council member and has served as President of the Belvedere Community Foundation, Commodore of the Belvedere Sailing Society, Chair of the Planning Commission during her 10 years of service, and Chair of fundraising at the Schools of the Sacred Heart in San Francisco.
