About Patricia

Pat has resided in Newton and surrounding Boston Neighborhoods for over 25 years where she has built an impressive real estate practice. She brings a deep knowledge of the market, extraordinary attention to detail, excellent negotiation skills and a compassionate style to all her clients. Her main goal is to make the real estate transaction as stress free as possible for her sellers and buyers and guide them to a smooth and successful closing. Her client relationships don't end at the closing table, but most are life long relationships.

Prior to entering real estate brokerage, Pat earned an M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology and had a career as a Systems Analyst at a medical services company. She helped to design financial and operational systems as well as train users throughout the country. This extensive business background, combined with her counseling training, has given Pat the essential tools that she has successfully applied to her real estate business. Many of her clients refer to her as their “personal counselor” as she helps guide them through the sometimes emotional steps involved in selling and buying a home. Pat’s expertise and personal style has given her a loyal following of past buyers and sellers.

Along with Pat’s passion for real estate, she enjoys many activities during her down time. Running, cooking, traveling, time with friends, and most cherished is her time spent with her husband Mark and their two daughters (and their husbands) as well as Annabel the Cockalier.
