Pat Lehman

Pat Lehman is a highly experienced real estate professional who specializes in condo and co-op sales, investment sales, landlord representation and rental properties. He currently represents the portfolios of several landlords throughout New York City. Pat believes transparency is extremely important in all real estate transactions. He likes to educate his clients ahead of time, updating them on the current market trends using data and comparable property reports. He understands the stress associated to buying and selling real estate in New York City so he makes sure his clients are prepared with all of the appropriate information ahead of time. He also believes developing long lasting relationships with his clients.

Pat graduated from George Washington University, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in both Criminal Justice and Psychology. After graduating, he spent several years playing baseball professionally before pursuing his career in real estate. He loves the competitiveness of real estate and the ability to learn new things everyday from the market and his peers.

Originally from Bergen County, New Jersey, Pat spent much of his early life in New York City where he developed an exceptional familiarity with the city. The architecture and history of New York City are two of the main reasons why he developed his love for real estate. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active at the gym and traveling to new places.
