Pat Williams began her real estate career in 1982 while living in Southern California. In 1983  she moved to Northern California and has continued a lifelong career in real estate sales.

Pat has years of experience in Residential and Land Sales and is a Licensed Mortgage Broker, resulting in a full-service agent.  She now resides in Healdsburg and has chosen to become a Broker-Associate with Compass. 

Through this new relationship, Pat’s home office is our new Downtown Healdsburg  location, at 109 Mill Street, and she will have access to dozens of locations in the Bay Area, including Marin,  San Francisco and the East Bay to assist you in your real estate needs.
