For more than 18 years, I’ve built my real estate career on a foundation of satisfied clients and lasting success. I’m known for providing clear guidance, strong market insight, and the ability to navigate complex situations with ease. Nearly 95% of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals, which I take as the ultimate measure of trust. Choosing the right agent, someone with both an industry wide perspective and real world experience, can make all the difference in smoothing the inevitable bumps along the way. Before joining Compass, and previously Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, I spent over a decade as a Senior Mortgage Consultant, where I built strong financial expertise and long standing relationships that continue to benefit my clients today. Prior to that, I worked as a magazine editor at Condé Nast in New York and Los Angeles, a fast paced environment that sharpened my ability to anticipate trends and think ahead. I’m deeply involved in the community, serving as a Director of the Santa Barbara Association of REALTORS® and as a Board Member of the Montecito Association, the Voice of the Community. Most importantly, I’ve built a life and raised my family in the Montecito foothills with my husband and two sons over the past 29 years. That experience gives me a real, lived understanding of the neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyle that make Santa Barbara so special.
