Some people find their way into real estate. For Patricia, it was the career she'd been building toward all along.

Born in Poland and raised in Canada, Patricia has built a career and a life that spans multiple countries, industries, and disciplines. From finance and banking to fashion, technology, entrepreneurship, and executive leadership, each chapter has shaped the advisor she is today: analytical, strategic, design-minded, and deeply committed to helping people navigate life's biggest decisions.

After earning her degree in Finance and Economics, Patricia began her career in banking before moving to New York City to attend Parsons School of Design. She spent more than a decade working in fashion and technology before returning to Toronto to co-found a health and wellness company. She was later recruited by a Swiss technology company to relocate to Portugal, where she served as Chief Growth Officer, leading global growth initiatives and managing an international team.

Yet throughout every chapter of her career, one interest remained constant: real estate.

Patricia has always been fascinated by New York City's architecture, neighborhoods, and ever-evolving market, and spent years following the industry, touring properties, and studying market trends long before becoming an agent. Encouraged by friends and colleagues who recognized her natural ability to connect with people, negotiate, and solve complex problems, she ultimately decided to turn a lifelong passion into a profession.

Today, Patricia specializes in Manhattan and Brooklyn residential sales, co-ops, condos, and rentals. She combines financial expertise, executive-level negotiation skills, and a refined eye for design to help clients make confident, informed decisions. Having relocated internationally several times herself, she understands that buying or selling a home is never just about real estate, it's about creating the next chapter of your life.

Outside of real estate, Patricia has a lifelong passion for architecture, antiques, interior design, and is an avid collector of unique pieces with history and character. A devoted animal lover, she shares her home with her two cats, Dracula, a Sphynx, and Willow, a Devon Rex. Fluent in Polish, she enjoys working with clients from around the world and believes that lasting relationships are the foundation of every successful real estate experience.
