For more than 30 years, I’ve called Monte Nido home. I’ve raised my four daughters in this idyllic Malibu Canyon “Mountain Nest.” I’ve watched with awe as the fog bank rolls across the Santa Monica Mountains, hiked the local trails, rooted annually for the reigning winner of the egg toss at the community 4th of July picnic and danced and laughed ‘til I cried at our annual community square dance (I’m a far better REALTOR® than I am a square dancer!)

A career in Real Estate happened more out of necessity than anything at first. I went through a crazy life transition – aka a divorce. More than two decades later, with a lot of hard work, and dedication to my sellers and buyers, I've manifested my love for homes and design with my passion for helping people into a career that I truly love. I embrace the challenges of negotiation always with integrity, knowledge of the market, and a passionate commitment to my clients..

As a California native, raised in Beverly Hills and now a resident of Monte Nido, my interests are as diverse as our very cool metropolis. I love the finer things and the hidden gems just the same, whether eating eggs benedict at the Beverly Hills Hotel or a house-special at a hole-in-the-wall diner. I appreciate custom finishes and vintage anything, the sparkle of the beaches in Malibu, the awesomeness of our local mountain communities, the tree-lined streets of Beverly Hills and the vibiness of the eclectic Eastside.

I’ve also recently fallen in love with one of the best kept secrets in the San Bernardino mountains, Crestline. Just minutes from Lake Arrowhead, this sweet little one-mile small town is where you’ll find beautiful Lake Gregory. With its Topanga-esque old school vibes and proximity to LA, having a second home here has been like making a new best friend that I want everyone to meet and love, too. If you don’t become a repeat client and friend, I didn’t do my job. Most of my business comes from former clients who have trusted me with their personal journey and their real estate. I think that says a lot. Real estate transactions are stressful, emotional, scary, joyful, and exciting. The partner you choose to guide you through can either calm or compound these feelings. Who you work with does matter. I look forward to earning your repeat business, too.

When I’m not showing homes, you can find me with one of my girls or meandering through antique shops looking for treasures to re-purpose.. My most recent title of ‘Annie’ to my growing family and grandbabies is just the best. Family first is my approach to life and business. That and having a good sense of humor and being a bit of a fatalist both in life and in real estate. If we already know each other, I look forward to seeing you soon and catching up.
