A Connection to Cape Cod You Can Rely On

Pat's connection to Cape Cod began in childhood. Raised in the Boston area, she grew up with an appreciation for real estate through her father, an avid property renovator and real estate agent in Boston's western suburbs. When her family built their summer home in Chatham when she was five, a lifelong love of the Cape began. For more than four decades, three generations of her family created treasured memories there.

Although her earliest Cape experiences were on the Lower Cape, Pat has called the Upper Cape home for more than a decade. She and her husband, John, who works in the Kinlin Grover Compass Commercial Division, enjoy the coastal lifestyle through boating, golf, and active involvement in their communities. A proud Boston College alumna from an extended family of BC Eagles, Pat values the lasting relationships and community connections that make Cape Cod such a special place to call home. Her personal connection to the region, combined with her professional expertise, gives her a meaningful understanding of the people, communities, and lifestyle that draw buyers to the Cape and keep longtime residents rooted here.
