Pat works primarily out of the Kinlin Grover Compass office on Route 6A in Sandwich, which provides her with easy access to her clients across Cape Cod, as well as to her clients who reside off-Cape.

Pat was raised in the Boston area. Her father was an avid property rehab-er and real estate agent in the western suburbs of Boston. At the age of five Pat's family built their summer home in Chatham, and her memories and experiences there have instilled a life-long passion for the Cape. For over four decades, three generations of family members created Cape Cod memories that have lasted life-times.
While her Cape experiences began on the lower-Cape, for over a decade she has called the upper-Cape her home. She and her husband John, of Kinlin Grover
Compass commercial division, have three adult children and two grandchildren, Benny and Brynn. Pat loves to play golf and go boating throughout the area, and is active in the communities she serves and at her local parish. Pat is a proud Boston College alumnus from an extended family of BC Eagles, and is an active member of the Boston College Alumni Cape Cod Chapter.
