About Patricia
I was born and raised in Texas, with a family deeply involved in real estate law and mortgage. My love of children inspired me to earn a Bachelor of Science in Education, and I taught multiple grade levels, teachers, and staff. Over the years, I’ve utilized my real estate experience and taken my education beyond the agent level to become a Broker. I apply my extensive skills in communication, availability, dedication, patience, staging, and invaluable knowledge to help my clients. I understand the importance of discovering their individual preferences and helping them reach their goals. I’m there every step of the way to negotiate for my clients, from contract to beyond closing.
I have extensive networking groups and certifications, which help promote my listings and keep me up to date with the latest area developments. I’ve worked with buyers, sellers, investors, and commercial properties. Treating my clients like family is a guiding principle and way of life for me and my family. My children and husband have been known to lend a hand when needed. Although I no longer teach students, I volunteer my time to raise money for scholarships to further their education. I also enjoy quality family (Mimi ) time and outdoor activities.
