Patricia's goal first and foremost is to make the process of buying and selling real estate as clear and efficient as possible and to ensure that she serves her clients as an exceptional fiduciary. She focuses on developing long-lasting relationships with her clients, who are highly satisfied with her services and know that she is there for them, to answer their questions, and to help them resolve issues one year or even twenty years after the sale has closed.
Patricia has not only successfully closed many REOs but has advised clients how to prepare and flip them. In 2012, she was one of ten designated agents representing all Alameda Public Guardians conservatee's properties.
Fluent in Spanish, Patricia is an active member of the National Association of Hispanic Realtors® and volunteers with the Redwood Heights Elementary Parents-Teachers Association where her two daughters attend school. She actively raises funds to support children's orphanage in Mexico as well as personally supporting the orphanage through regular contributions. The entire Flores family participates in volunteering and mentoring at the orphanage during semi-annual visits to Mexico.
As a wife and the mother of two talented, athletic daughters, Patricia loves being part of the East Bay Community and contributing in any and every way she can, whether it is fundraising for the Oakland Unified School District, volunteering her time with children, or helping you get into the home you've worked hard for and deserve.
