Originally from Chicago, Patricia has made Atlanta her home since 1993 and has excelled at building an enormous professional network here. 20 years ago she got her start in real estate working for major developers and learning the business from the inside out. With years of experience in developer sales, Patricia was able to acquire the knowledge she needed to understand pricing and how to close deals on projects large and small. She considers herself not only a realtor but an advisor as well, who goes above and beyond for each client regardless of the price point.
