Patrick Clark

Contractor

Specialties

Patrick specializes in residential real estate consulting. His nearly 8 years experience in the business not only as a sales person but as a business development coach, has allowed him to be a part of hundreds of transactions. This experience has been invaluable not only understanding contract law, but human behavior. His ability to create win-win scenarios in difficult conversations has made him an asset as a manager and a practitioner. Having seen the best and the worst this industry has to dish out, he understands navigating difficult and unique situations.

As a manager, formerly with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties, he was blessed enough to have the state wide Rookie of The Year awarded to his agents 4 years in a row. This was due to the processes Patrick built that ensured, when truly used and adopted, agent success. Now, as a manager at Compass, Patrick employees the same processes, but does it more efficiently and effectively due to the incredible systems provided to the agents (and their clients). This marriage of process and system should prove to be a dynamic and productive outcome.
About Patrick
Patrick Clark wears many hats, but takes tremendous pride in his biggest passion, leading his wife, Jenny, and his five children in the pursuit of a faith filled life. Through many hard roads and failures, Patrick has learned that although success in business is truly a blessing, that success is only a side hustle to the success and health of his family.

Patrick holds a degree in Violin Performance from Northern Arizona University which he used to chase a dream of playing and teaching music professionally for many years. His touring years in Nashville led him to perform with Darius Rucker, Big and Rich, Josh Gracin, Mark Will, Mark Chesnutt and many more. But the road wasn't forever and when his son was just a year old, Patrick made the decision to leave the road and focus on music education (his true professional passion) and his growing family. During this time, Patrick authored two method books published by Hal Leonard titled "Fiddling, The Basics and Beyond," and "Violin Fast Track." He also developed the arts immersion curriculum and grading rubrics for Doral Academy in Las Vegas. This paid dividends for him when developing training programs for realtors and managers in the real estate field.

As his family grew, his interests expanded and he followed his mother's footsteps and began a career in real estate. With her guidance and incredible support from his mentors at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Patrick was not only a top producer for the company but he was invited to manage a branch office in Sedona, Arizona, not long after he moved back to his home town of Flagstaff, Arizona. This allowed him to feed his passion for teaching and being a part of peoples long term success, while still consulting with his clients on sales, and playing music. All this while supporting his family.

Now, as the Sales and Growth Manager for Compass, Arizona, Patrick is furthering his career while balancing all of his loves and passions.
