    Patrick Clark’s roots in Northern Arizona run deep. Raised in Flagstaff and a graduate of Northern Arizona University, he has built his career—and his life—around the communities he serves. Today, he leads as a Sales and Growth Manager for Compass Arizona, while continuing to advise clients and develop agents across the region.

    Patrick’s approach is shaped by an uncommon blend of disciplines: data, education, performance, and leadership. Before real estate, he spent years as a professional musician, touring out of Nashville and performing with artists like Darius Rucker and Big & Rich. That experience—combined with his work as an educator and published author of two violin method books with Hal Leonard—instilled a mindset built on preparation, adaptability, and execution under pressure.

    That same mindset now drives his work in real estate.

    Over the course of his career, Patrick has been a top-producing agent, a branch leader in Sedona, and now a growth strategist helping agents build scalable, durable businesses. His background in curriculum development and training has translated directly into how he coaches agents—bringing structure, accountability, and clarity to an industry that often lacks it.
